4:30pm - Easy Run
Shaking off yesterdays workout today. Getting ready for Denver. We went out to Osage and got in 7 miles. Legs feel good. Ready to get down to Metro's course.
6:30 pm - Dinner at the Whitlakes
Got a shower after practice, and ate my weight in pasta. Im not going to lie in a little nervous for Region. I think we can pull it off but we are going to have to run our best race of the year on Saturday.
